Crazier it gets...

Happy Friday!!! OK I get home today and it is progress report day. Well earlier in the week was Elementary Progress Reports, so #2 brought his home, still making ALL A's, yippee!!! Today was #1's turn and on the stack, b/c he gets one for every class-seperately, that I have to sign each one and return. Anyways there was a little paper that said, log onto www.fccarolinaalliance.com ..... well I stopped there and said why do I need to go to your club soccer's website and do we owe more $ or something? #1 looked at me with the DUH stare, accompanied by a smile. I looked again and asked am I missing something, why do I need to go to this site? My Tech Guy said to me, he is trying to tell you that he made the school soccer team!! Yeahhhhh I am so excited for him and proud as one could be, as I told him. Well if I would of kept reading the damn paper I would of seen log onto www... and click the Middle School Link. Well Hello... there it is- Middle School Soccer Team! #1 has worked very hard and LOVES soccer, so we are very very very happy for him. Now if he can just go pro next year like he wants, hahahhahaha, we will be all set! By the way he is still all A's also =) Also my crazier days and weeks have just become crazier...I can hardly wait!!!!

Thanks fellow blogger who got me doing this. I went back and caught up on your happenings and decided to change a few things about my blog as well. Need some code names for my kids. Everything I could think of wasn't so nice, very funny but not nice. Just my humor so I didn't change any names yet but I did change the name of our blog. Trying to figure out how to upload new pics. I hate this d&%* part. I can never figure it out without my "Tech-Guy" support and wouldn't you know he is off traveling today, the day I have some time to do this. Oh well maybe when #1, #2 and #3 are married I will update pics. UGGGG!

What's going on in February???

Hi everyone, WOW I am such a slacker at this posting on my Blog. If only I could find the time that Amy has to keep hers updated, not sure how you do it!!!

Anyways.... since I am so slack at this I think I will start to post monthly, maybe then I can keep this going.

I will update you quick with our happenings...

December: I was offered a job with the schools and of course I took it. However, some of the college credits I have (had) are not any good for they have been from forever ago so I do not have enough Continuing Ed credits so I now work for Sub-pay (it stinks) until I get enough credits. So I busted my butt (I have a lot to bust) over getting in book work to earn my credits and I am still short 9.25 hours. So I was suppose to take a workshop in January which would give me 5 hours and what do you know...we have a SNOW DAY the day I had to have this workshop- it was cancelled and to this day I still need 9.25 hours.
Madelyn started daycare- SHE LOVES IT!!!! It is great for her but I miss our at home time :=(
Christmas was wonderful as it always is the kids get way to much from everyone. I got to host this year-yeahhhhh no running for us on Christmas morning!!!! If only I could have it every year! Hint Hint, Nudge Nudge. Dad stayed with us Christmas Eve, so he was here to share our morning with the kids, I think he enjoyed himself.

January: Another year has gone by and things were getting very hectic with me working. Seems like we are never home!! Madelyn's birthday is this month and can you belive she is going to be 4!!!!! Scott made a career change. He is finishing out his Build-A-Bear career, due to empty promises from when he was hired a few years back and no pay raises and moving onto becoming a Regional Distrtict Manager for Cold Stone Creamery. He will have to travel now and then to check in on his stores. However it is another step up in his career and more money with the rising cost of living today. Ryan's soccer is starting back up and now we are running every Monday, Wed. and Thursday.

February: Officially Scott is done with BAB and has started CSC. It is alot of travel right now. On Feb 3rd he was off to New York City for a week of training. Taxi driver overcharged (stole, took advantage) what ever you want to call it from an out of towner. His taxi ride should of only cost $45 from the airport to the hotel but no, not knowing Scott paid $90-what the Taxi driver said it cost. Go figure the hotel he was staying at had no hotel shuttle for $20 like all the other hotels had. Then since I am working and Scott was gone wouldn't you know Madelyn had the FLU!!! Yes so I was home all week with her. Not sure how the boys and I didn't catch it. Must of been that the boys were off to school and each day I was cleaning down the house with Clorox Clean-Up, I LOVE this product. Maybe me breathing in the fumes as I was cleaning, killed the virus that I may of picked up. I just ended up with a stuffy nose and slight cough. You know it kills 99.9% of Flu Virus?
So Scott got home on Saturday evening and after Ryan was done with soccer tournament -awful, lost both games, although Ryan scored 1, yeaaaa!! We were off to the airport to pick up Scott and then again had tournament on Sunday. Scott took Ryan and Zachary, Madelyn and I stayed in the warm house. Would you believe that Ryan's team lost again-sorry we missed that game.
Scott traveled back out on Monday afternoon to NJ then onto Conn. all last week he got home early Saturday morning after traveling 19 hours starting Friday afternoon and getting here Saturday about 8:30 am. He sat in traffic for 4 hours due to an over turned tractor trailer on the George Washington Bridge, how fun. Needless to say he was exhausted and we had a family birthday party we had to attend. We got home and he crashed.
That leads me to today.... I am getting laundry done so I can pack Scott back up as he travels out to NJ again this week to finish up training. This time he will only be gone 2 days=) However this time he has to let his car sit at the airport b/c the workshop that I need and missed in January is Monday morning and we have to be at the different places at the same time, also the kids are out of school, so Madelyn is off to daycare and I can only hope that when I get back home tomorrow, Zachary is ok due to he will probably annoy Ryan all day while I am gone! Now I am wishing I didn't take this job for many reasons.
