Dieting,uggg!

OK I am updating my diet!!! I was gung-ho with the changing my meals and drinking only water until I had to do it! I am the type that does not have the will power. I want it but I can not do it without someone dragging me to do it. So I was watching the 25th hour of the Today Show the other week and it was talking to and about another great looking member of the Joy Fit Club. Her trick was to not stop with everything she liked cold turkey but to slowly for 30 days at a time cut something out. So this is my new plan. I am on day 11 of water only to drink. NO more soda!! It was very tough, and I craved at first but I didn't budge and now it is a breeze. The kids are even drinking more water than kool-aid=) I will keep you posted=)

Dieting sucks, but getting rid of soda will be really helpful. I read once than a can (not a bottle, a 12 ounce can) of soda a day = 15 pounds a year. Keep that in mind if you start wanting one. I think I will join you with the ONLY WATER plan. I have gained over 10 pounds in the last year. I think it is because of the stress and demands of going back to college full time. Let's do this together :)

Aww thanks=) I have gained quite a bit just from the time I starting working in Dec to June. Good thing I am not doing that again this school year! I would rather have your 10 lbs compared to my 1000 lbs;)
