30 days and counting.....

So here it has been a couple days over my first 30 days of my new "diet" plan. I would like to report that so far so good. I am only on water, however I have come across Crystal Light, only 5 calories!!!! That is my last drink of the night when I need a little bit of sweet to end my day. I am quite proud of myself and have moved onto the next phase of NO FRIED FOODS. These 30 days along with still on water should be a breeze!! I do not eat a lot of fried food at all, we grill and bake just about everything. I just need some snack ideas besides Wheat Thins~(I LOVE these), so I can stay away from chips~ especially Salt&Vinegar~(my other favorite)!!!! So if you have a better tasting than cardboard snack let me know... Also within these 30 days~I am joining the GYM~ yep I said it, I have to tone and flatten this fat!


Hopefully tomorrow I will get up our vacation pictures, stay tuned......

I am so proud of you and your 30 days on water! I do fine all day long, but then need something sweet at night. Unfortunately it's been margaritas lately instead of something like your crystal light.

Can't wait to see your vacation photos!!!

Have you tried the Fuze drinks? They have one that is really tasty and only 10 calories. It's called Fuze Slenderize: Strawberry Melon

I wrote that down and will look for it, thanks for the tip. Not sure if I want to give up 10 calories for it but maybe once I try it I will change my mind~ depending on how something with the word SLENDERIZE on the label tastes =)
